Aspen Knoll Lodge is a large vacation rental in Angel Fire, New Mexico, that is ideal for multi-family or multi-generational groups. This freshly refurbished, 3,500 square foot vacation rental has two family areas. On the main floor is the large living room with attached kitchen and dining area, with beautiful windows and access to the main deck.
Downstairs is another large gathering area and game room with ping pong, lots of games and puzzles, and a big screen TV with a Bose Dolby 5.1 sound system. Off the downstairs game room is the spacious bunk room with beds for nine people, making a great two-room combo for the kids while the adults enjoy the quiet upstairs. Step outside the game room to an enjoyable outdoor space that includes chair hammocks and a fire pit.
The home has a paid subscription to YouTube TV, three Roku televisions, and Wi-Fi backed by high-speed fiber optic internet that can meet the needs of a house full of devices.
This property is blessed with a secluded feel and easy access. Located just 1.5 miles behind the grocery store and main road, and only 2 miles from the ski lifts, but quietly nestled on the edge of the resort in easy walking distance of the trails in the Carson National Forest. The road to the lodge is smooth and well-maintained and the property has a level concrete parking area large enough for six vehicles with no need to drive up or down a steep driveway. There is an additional level driveway suitable for additional vehicles or an RV.
The home is easily navigated by family members of all ages and abilities. From the parking area, the entry into the home is level and accessible even to individuals on a walker or in a wheelchair. Through the main entry door you will step into a spacious entry way to shed those coats and boots on the main floor where the kitchen, living room, the main deck, three bedrooms and two baths are easily accessed. The lower level has another king bedroom suite, a comfortable game room, and a big bunk room. There are two full baths on each level.
Step through the sliding glass doors in the main living area onto the large main deck to take in the crisp air and gorgeous views of the valley, the beautiful mature woods, and abundant wildlife. The 63-foot deck is partly covered and partly open to allow you to enjoy the sun or take shelter from a summer afternoon shower. Grills are provided on the deck for outdoor cooking and entertaining.
The cooks in your group will enjoy the large and well-stocked kitchen. With updated appliances, including gas stove, large microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups.
